I have tried your cream and your oxygen drops and am kicking myself for believing that your b.s. might actually work. I would love to have a refund, but seeing as how you are nothing more than a smarmy, dishonest group of scumbag snake oil salesmen, you will of course refuse to give me one.

I hope you are able to live with yourself, knowing that the company you work for is dealing in lies and deception. By giving false hope to victims of this horrible, disfiguring disease and then having those hopes dashed instantly, you are breeding resentment and hatred, and, undoubtedly, working up a good dose of bad karma for yourselves.

For the misdeeds you have participated in, may you yourself become

Dear D. M.,

To receive a refund simply return the unused portion of the products and
we will credit your account for the full purchase price. Even though the
warrantee period of 90 days has elapsed on the DMSO we will still refund
your money.

This procedure does work if followed properly. We have been in business ten years and have sold to over 55,000 customers. No scam could ever survive that long.

You ordered just DMSO at first . Months later you ordered O₂xygen Force Both are important to the program. But even so the DMSO should have stopped any outbreak from appearing if applied at prodrome. You should have contacted us if you were having difficulty. We could have corrected what you were doing wrong.

If you do not follow this procedure you will suffer with this virus for the rest of your life. Please read newsletter #1 entitled "When Things Go Wrong." Click on "Archives" located on the left of our home page at www.neveranoutbreak.com. You will be able to determine what you are doing wrong from reading this information. If not you can contact us and we will assist you.

If you decide to try again we will provide more DMSO free of charge. You
should have enough O₂xygen Force since you recently ordered it.

If you want a refund return the products. As soon as we receive your return order we will credit your account.
