If you are unsure whether or not you are experiencing a herpes outbreak you may wonder “What does Herpes Look Like”.  This is a good question as there are many people out there who are not quite sure if what they are experiencing is a herpes outbreak or just a pimple or poison ivy.  There are symptoms to look for when you are having a simplex 1 and 2 outbreak such as: red bumps, rash, sores, blisters and redness on the genital area and the lip area.  You may also have a headache, fever and swollen glands.  There are some great links to websites with photos of what these outbreaks look like here.  If you do find that what you are experiencing is a herpes outbreak, make sure to begin our procedure right away, this way you will not have any more outbreaks in the future.
